The principal owners, Douglas Chrisman and Anthony Chrisman, and other management personnel bring to Viridian Management 23 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), USDA Rural Development Multifamily Housing, both project and tenant-based HUD Section 8 and the HOME Program compliance, as well as federal, state and local regulations pertaining to Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant law.

Due to the strong and disciplined success of multifamily housing company Chrisman Development and Management, Inc., the need arose to separate the property management and the development divisions to ensure both companies could focus on their core competencies. From this separation, Viridian Management, Inc. began operating as a discrete entity on January 1st, 2012.
